The Christmas 2014 Santa's Helper Program was an unbelievable success. Due to the incredible generosity of donors this year, the Grandview Santa's Helper Program was able to help well over 40 Grandview families. It was such a blessing to help so many in our community!
Police officers and city staff members had a great time shopping, wrapping, and delivering presents to those families.
Those that made the deliveries observed all kinds of reactions. We saw children jumping up and down, screaming, looks of disbelief, and many tears of joy from parents and children alike.
Many of these children would not of had a Christmas if it weren't for the donations received.
Grandview is a very special place for many reasons, but it's the people that make it truly great!
