APPEARANCE

A defendant may make an appearance on or before the scheduled court date and time either in person during normal business hours (8 a.m.- 12 p.m. or 1p.m.-5 p.m.); by mail; or appearing at the initial arraignment (preset scheduled time on the citation). Unless changed Court is held the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. A PHONE CALL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN APPEARANCE WITH THE COURT.
